LITHUANIAN MOTORCYCLES SPORT FEDERATION AWARDS EVENING WILL TAKE PLACE ON THE 4 OF DECEMBER, 2010 AT "VIA BALTICA" RESTAURANT IN KAUNAS. WE WILL NOMINATE HONORED PEOPLE FOR MOTORCYCLES SPORT, SPONSORS, ETC.
Event program:

15.30 - 16.30 – Registration.
16.30 – beginning.
16.50 - beginning of awards.
18.10 - break time.
18.30 - cont’d of awards.
20.00 - end of awards. night fireworks outside.
21.00 - duet of cololo and zvonke welcomes evening guests.
22.20 - dj invites everyone on a dance floor!
Dress code: lounge suit/cocktail dress (informal)

By LMSF Commission confirmed list champions and prize winners are invited to the event for free. The list is already announced in www.lmsf.lt (Lietuvas Čempionu saraksts)
Per Adult – 50,-Lt.
Children under 5 – no charge.
Children over 5 and under 16 – 25,-Lt
Appetizers, canape, drinks and the rest of event program are included in the price.

Pre-registrated teams will get reserved tables for a number of people. We invite everyone for preregistration as it is considered for night guests to get into the event quicker.
Pre-registrated and paid guests will receive a Permission.
Pre-registration expires on the 1st of December.
Otherwise, registration will be opened on the event day in the entrance hall, in Hotel Via Baltica, by 3.30 pm. Registration will be closed by 4.30 pm.
Guests with invitations and permissions will be letting in through the main Restaurant Via Baltica entrance.
